Get your orders in now!!

We are half way through the Fall Fundraiser order period!!

All Charleston Wrap orders are due by Friday, October 3rd!!

Did you know your kids can get a prize for just 3 orders?   They can also get an instant prize for sending out just 10 emails to family and friends!!   If your student has gotten three or more orders, be sure to turn in the coupon that is in the order pack.   That coupon gets them a “Pop-Eyed Pet”.  Those prizes will be awarded tomorrow during Flag Raising.    It must be dropped in the box in the front office by 9am tomorrow in order to receive their prize at the flag raising.   They can also earn more prizes if they are spotted wearing their “Pop-Eyed Pet” around school.  Our “Pet Patrol” will be on the lookout!

If you haven’t done so already,  take a look at the Charleston Wrap catalog and/or web site.  www.charlestonwrap.com .  There are some great items, gifts, personalized items, wrapping paper and even magazine subscriptions.

The PTO has set up a table near the main entrance at Central so you can see some of the items in person. They are of great quality and well worth the money.

Please take a minute and log on to the web site and register your child and send out at least 10 emails.  Spread the word and make this fun for the kids!

Help us break a record and raise lots of cash for our students and the excellent programs at Central School!

Any questions – please contact Stacy Weinert  [email protected]  or (630) 880-4650

PTO or PTA? Come tomorrow night to hear all about it!

Dear PTO Members, Parents, Guardians, Teachers and Administrators,

Tomorrow, September 3, a representative from the PTA will be at Central School to answer questions about the state PTA organization.  We are currently organized as a PTO and have the option of changing into the PTA.  We have not made a decision one way or another; we are gathering the facts to make an informed decision.

The PTA has been kind enough to answer some questions we gathered over the summer (attached) in preparation for this meeting.  Please join us at 6:30pm at Central School.  Please print your own copy of the questions and answers.
PTA Questions Answered 09-01-2014
I will look forward to seeing you at the meeting. There will be no child care available.

Kind regards,
Dawn M. Wilson
PTO President, 2013-2015
